Make a filter slider

Hi, how can I custom make a filter slider, just like the price but with different content?
I want the ability to adjust the filter for capacity (liter/hour), and it should look just like the price-search slider.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
