make all page and post titles H1 by default

Hello,

The page title can be configured via Theme Settings -> Page title -> Title tag: https://prnt.sc/as3gsQbwX7CQ

As for the post titles, they have the h1 tag by default: https://prnt.sc/-l23MTe9jL2Z
