contactpleazurrParticipantHello,
My parent and child category pages have different layouts (widget area moves to the right), product thumbnails are smaller. Please see Private content.
How can I make the layouts the same?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You have added the attribute filters and configured them to show them in certain categories in the Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area.
Thus when you select this category, the filters appear.
You need to delete these filters.
Best Regards

contactpleazurrParticipantHello,
I want these filters to show for each category (parent & child).
My widget are set to show for all categories, please see here: https://app.usebubbles.com/8nGpoHGLHr6k6kdiSnqM6b/untitled-bubble
So the issue is still there. How can I make the layouts the same?
Please advise

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the Dokan settings: you have set one sidebar for the parent category and a Dokan sidebar for child categories.
Please update all your plugins. Try to deactivate Dokan Pro.
Best Regards

contactpleazurrParticipantHello,
I do not understand “Please check the Dokan settings: you have set one sidebar for the parent category and a Dokan sidebar for child categories.”
Where do you see this? This is not very clear. I am using the woodmart theme layout for categories (ALL categories), so where do you see I have set one sidebar for the parent category and a Dokan sidebar for child categories?
Also the exact same widgets are showing on both parent and child categories. This looks like a layout issue: Parent categories are full screen & child categories are boxed. I cannot edit child category pages. Please advise.

contactpleazurrParticipantHello,
Dokan says it’s theme related.
Please close this ticket, I have created another one to get support from Aizaz or Luke.Answer from Dokan:
“I am not sure which Dokan sidebar settings for the child category your theme support is referring to. To test this, I disabled both the Dokan lite and pro plugins and switched to your parent theme. In fact, the issue with the padding getting changed appears on both the parent and child category pages if the page is reloaded. If you click on the category from the sidebar without reloading the page, the padding does not reduce. For a better understanding, please see this screencast. For better guidance on this, please contact your theme authority and share what I have found. Hopefully, they will look into it and help you resolve the matter.”
