Make some accordion sections not expandable

Hi,
I would like to ask you for advise how to make some sections of an accordion not expandable – hide expandable arrow symbols and make that section not clickable. It will be used for website notices and some notices are short (a few words) and don’t have to be expandable.
For clarification I have attached an image.

You can use FAQ element of WP Bakery page builder, you can insert just a text block between the sections.
