Make the megamenu interactive

Hi,
I would like to make the megamenu items highlighted by the arrow interactive.
I’ll explain:
the -BRAND item once connected with the mouse would open the inside
of the -category;
the voice –Roller once connected (pressed) with the mouse would open the contained products.
In short, the menu must not only be fixed but useful for navigation.
