Makeup demo not importing correctly – empty website after setup

Hello,I have installed the WoodMart theme and followed all the instructions. I activated all required plugins and selected the “Makeup” demo for import.However, after the import process, my website appears mostly empty — there are no layouts, images, or demo content, just a blank structure.I’m using [Elementor ] as the page builder, and my hosting provider is Hostinger.Could you please help me understand why the demo didn’t import correctly and how to fix it?Thank you in advance!

Thanks for reaching to us.

Please go to WoodMart > Prebuilt websites > click on Remove Content button and import demo again.

If it doesn’t help, in order to assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.
