management categories in the shop

Hi, can you tell me how it is possible to manage, i.e. decide which categories to appear in this section (see attached image) and how do I remove the ones I don’t want to appear?

The “Exclude categories” option will help you to hide those categories that you do not want to display. You can find it in Theme Settings -> Product achieve -> Page title: https://prnt.sc/9AUdIQyDxvBm

In the same path, as I mentioned above, you can find the “Show products count for each category” option which will help you to hide the number of categories, just turn off it.
