Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    margin-top: 20px;
    margin-bottom: 30px
}
.checkout .packeta-widget.after-rate .packeta-widget-button .packetery-widget-button-logo {
    margin-top: 10px;
    margin-bottom: 20px
}
