Margins and alignment are off on front end, fine on back end

While editing in the back end, everything looks fine. When viewing my website from the front end, the alignment and margins are off and some pictures are overlapping. I’ve attached a photo from both ends showing the issue. Thanks!

Please try to replace these blocks with a Product Category grid and specify the categories ID. You need to select the Masonry grid.
