ziontasarimParticipantHello Xtemos Team,
I purchased WoodMart and installed the Marketplace 2 demo on my website. However, the demo import is incomplete. The following problems occurred:
HTML Blocks, Mega Menu blocks, and Category menu blocks were not imported.
Additional Pages for Marketplace 2 do not appear during import.
In the menu settings, “HTML Block for dropdown” shows only 5 old blocks, not the demo blocks belonging to Marketplace 2.
No popup appeared during the demo import to allow selecting “Include SVG, sliders, HTML blocks, menus, etc.”
My hosting PHP limits are already high (memory_limit, upload_max_filesize, max_input_vars, post_max_size, etc.), and no server error is shown.
The Marketplace 2 demo folder exists in the theme files, but the importer is not detecting it.
It seems the demo importer is not loading the dummy-data pack for Marketplace 2.
Could you please check this issue or provide the manual import files (XML, JSON, Sliders, HTML Blocks) for Marketplace 2 so we can complete the installation?
Thank you.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.
Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.
If the issue still remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

ziontasarimParticipantHello again,
Thank you for your previous response.
We already asked our hosting provider to increase all PHP limits exactly as recommended. Now the following values are active on the server for pintiplaza.com:
max_input_vars = 10000
memory_limit = 2048M
post_max_size = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
There is no server-side error shown, and they also confirmed that there is no additional restriction (ModSecurity, php.ini conflict, etc.).
We also deactivated all third-party plugins and tried to import the Marketplace 2 demo again, but the result is the same:
HTML Blocks for Marketplace 2 are still missing
Mega Menu / Category menu blocks are not imported
Marketplace 2 additional pages are not imported
The importer still does not show any popup asking to include sliders, SVG files, HTML blocks or menus
At this point, the server limits are OK and your previous recommendations have been applied, but the demo is still not imported correctly.
Could you please:
Check if there is a known issue/bug with the Marketplace 2 importer in the current theme version, or
Provide the manual dummy content package for Marketplace 2 (XML/JSON for pages, widgets, HTML Blocks, sliders, menus), or
Log in to our WordPress dashboard and fix the demo import issue directly.
If you prefer to log in, I can create an admin account for you and share the credentials.
