**Subject: WoodMart Marketplace 2 demo imports incorrectly – Broken Elementor layout**

    Hello XTemos Support Team,

I recently purchased the WoodMart theme through ThemeForest for a new eCommerce marketplace website called FerreAliados.

I am having a serious issue with the **Marketplace 2 demo import using Elementor**.

The demo appears to import successfully, and the header, navigation menu, and search bar load correctly. However, the homepage layout is completely broken.

    **Problems observed:**
    – The homepage content is not displayed like the original Marketplace 2 demo.
    – The main banner and its text appear separated and incorrectly positioned.
    – Some images do not display correctly.
    – When editing the homepage with Elementor, the Navigator shows only one Container containing a single Text Editor widget.
    – The Text Editor contains raw HTML and CSS, including slider styling, instead of the expected Elementor widgets and sections.

    **Website information:**
    – Website: https://ferrealiados.com
    – Temporary Hostinger URL: https://lightcyan-goat-463002.hostingersite.com/
    – Hosting: Hostinger
    – WordPress: 7.1.4
    – PHP: 8.3
    – Elementor: 4.3.5
    – WooCommerce: 11.2.1
    – WoodMart Core: 1.1.9
    – Demo: Marketplace 2
    – Page builder: Elementor

    **Troubleshooting already performed:**
    1. Confirmed Elementor is selected as the current page builder.
    2. Confirmed Elementor Flexbox Containers are enabled.
    3. Increased PHP max_input_vars from 5000 to 10000.
    4. Kept only Elementor, WoodMart Core, and WooCommerce active for troubleshooting.
    5. Activated the parent WoodMart theme instead of WoodMart Child.
    6. Tried activating the Marketplace 2 demo configuration again.
    7. Removed previously imported demo content, but the layout problem remains.

This is a fresh WordPress installation with no custom products or important content.

**Could you please investigate why the Marketplace 2 demo content is not being imported as a proper Elementor layout and help me restore the original demo design?**

I can provide screenshots and temporary WordPress access through your private support fields if required.

    Thank you for your assistance.
