You can set the masonry grid in the Theme Settings > Blog > Blog archives.
If you mean product grid, you can find the option in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Grid.
You will need to upload featured images of different sizes.

The problem is caused by Lazy loading in Jatpack.
You need to disable the lazy loadin in Jetpack and enable it in the Theme setting: https://monosnap.com/file/J51BU7XLt0aFqdotEiEAHkcdglybIX
