Max_execution time

Hello,

I am trying to import prebuilt website and I get the error attached (timeout limit exceeded. Need to put to more than 300seconds). As you can see in the 2nd screenshot, I’ve increased it to 900 and it still doesn’t work.
Can you help?

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

How do I give you access to thay?

Contact your hosting provider if you don’t have FTP access to your website.

We were facing the same issue on another website with Woodmart on another hosting. Now both are working, so this should have been an internal problem.
