max_questions mysql

Hallo, can you help me about fixing the problem of max_questions on my mysql?
the hosting provider give me 75000 resource but it isn’t enough. the problem start in the first minutes i open my site backend, after one hour when site came back online, this problem doesn’t appear yet (only sometimes I had this problem twice in a day).
Can you know what it could be? tanks for reply
