Measurement price calculator duplicate fields

Good morning,
I have a problem using the “measurement price calculator” plugin together with the woodmart theme. Since one of the recent updates to the woodmart theme, the fields to enter the product measurements are duplicated and the price is not calculated correctly. I have tried another theme and the problem disappears.
I have currently deactivated the plugin to avoid mistaken orders. If you want to see the plugin working, please tell me.

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

Also, please enable that plugin and confirm the permission to switch to the parent/default theme.
