Media folder thumbnails with "uncropped" thumbnail settings.

Hello,
I have a question about the WooCommerce category images. When I set the thumbnail cropping to “uncropped” then the thumbnail image does not display in the media folder. Images attached to explain.
My solution is to use the cropped version (4/3) and then the thumbnails are displayed in the media folder. However do you know why the uncropped settings will not show a thumbnail in media folder?

Do not worry about this question. As I said, “cropped” option has no issue so I just use this for now. Thank you

This is relevant to WooCommerce and our theme does not influence this. Also when I test the uncropped option on my test site almost all the images thumbnails are showing in media library.
So, if you used the cropped option with no issues then its fine. Feel free to write back for further assistance if you have any other questions.
