Mega Menu and HTML Block Template not working

Hi.

I have a problem creating a new HTML block for the Shop Mega menu. If I edit the existing Shop Mega menu I have no problem. I’ve exported it as a template, created a new block and imported the saved template. The spacing on the template seems to get corrupted and the I get the what is shown on the attached images. Your original Shop menu is fine. The new one is not. (for testing I have two shop menus) I have then tried creating a completely new menu from scratch and that also does not work. What is really strange is that if I check on the frontend WYSIWYG view it looks fine?? It is the live option that does not work.

I have also checked the role models of the WPBakery as advised in another support post and they are correct.

Most likely, you didn’t select the proper design for the menu item. Please refer to the documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-mega-menu-2/
