Mega Menu Columns Not Displaying Correctly on Frontend

I’m using Woodmart with WordPress. In Appearance > Menus, I created a mega menu under Skin.

I set it up with multiple columns (Face Care, Body Care, Eye Care, Hand & Feet, Sun Care).

Inside each column, I added menu items as you can see in my screenshots.

Problem:
On the frontend, the menu items are displaying all in a single column, not split into separate columns as configured.

I’ve checked your site and the mega menu under “Skin” is displaying correctly in multiple columns, as configured (Face Care, Body Care, Eye Care, etc.).

Sometimes, this issue may appear due to caching. Please try to clear the browser cache and site cache, and check the issue.
