The mobile menu does not support the mega menu as there is no space enough.

You need to create a separate menu for mobile and assign it in the mobile view of the Header to the mobile menu element, let me know if you need more detailed instructions.

You need to create a menu with main menu items and sub-menu items. https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide

If you have done the same and it does not work, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
