Mega menu doesn't load completely (except if the page is scrolled down)

Hi,
When the website is loaded, mega menu on hover shows only a part of menu. However, after scrolling it down even for a pixel is showing the whole menu.

Can you please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you the solution to the issue. I think it is the cache plugin issue. Please deactivate all sort of cache plugins from your site and server then check it.

Unfortunately, our company’s privacy policy doesn’t allow sharing admin credentials to a third party.
However, i found a strange thing: the menu working correctly on category/tag page and not working on all other pages. I also disabled all caching plugins – didn’t work.

I visited the URL’s you provided. Please Go to WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS File and save it. Clear the cache and check back.

I have tested this at my end with the very latest version of the WordPress, WoodMart Theme, and Theme required/recommended plugins but do not find this issue on my test site which makes clear the issue is only on your site.

If CSS Generator does not work for you then please once try with deactivating all the third party plugins on your site and remove on site Customization if you added any code and check back after removing the browser cache.

If still this does not work for you then clone your site on a test domain and share that test site credentials with me so that I’ll check and help you out accordingly.

I have fixed the issue on your website and now its working absolutely fine on my end. Please disable server caching, deactivate cache plugin, clear browser cache and check back.

No, I haven’t made any changes other than switching from child theme to the parent theme. You can create a new child theme if you need to do customization.
