Mega Menu/HTML

IN the moment i am working on mega menue.
The problem is: when I am logged in, the HTML shows like Pic 1, when I am logged out, it locks like Pic 2, What is the problem?

Yes, when elementor pro is turned of, the theme header shows. But Ihave got another worrdpress site where there is no problem with Elemtor pro and the header.
I´d like to use the Elementor pro

Hi there , once again. The last time was not very good worded.

First thanks, Mega Menue is working now.
The problems now are sure only setting issues;
1. Sticky header, somehow I turned it on for the upper part but not for the main part, see https://www.dr-kappl.eu
2. Menue in mobile. Somehow I can´t do change Main Menue. How can I allocate the menus?

1. For the main header enable the “Sticky” functionality here – https://take.ms/KHOKM

2. In Appearance -> Menus -> select the menu that you want to make as a mobile and set an appropriate checkbox – https://take.ms/UAySs , clear the cache and check how it works.
