Yes, It does work on Woodmart default header, But now on header, i built using elementor . I have provide credentials for access to my site . Kindly take a look

Theme mega menu functionality only works with theme elements. So I suggest you define via Elementor the “Mega menu widget” element and set it as a header so as a result the dropdowns should work.

Please try to change it by using Advanced typography via Theme Settings -> Typography -> Advanced -> create a rule with the “Main navigation links” and set some color and font there. https://take.ms/yJIJg

Try to use this one code for changing bg color:

    background-color: red !important;
}
