Mega menu keeps closing when hovering on certain area

Hi,

I have created mega menus for my site but every time I hover over a certain section of the menu it just closes. I’m building the site locally so don’t have a link but just wondering if you have come across this issue before and if so what’s causing it?

I can provide a screencast if you’d like to provide me with an email address to send that to?

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins then check back. It seems to be a third party plugin conflict.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Hi,

Problem solved and it had nothing to do with the theme or plugins. A weird transparent box was appearing on my screen and it was causing the hover on the mega menu to not work properly.

I updated Windows, restarted the laptop and the box was gone and hover works perfectly again.
