yousef.szParticipantHello XTemos Support,
I have purchased and installed the WoodMart theme. I successfully imported the demo, but in my website the Categories menu (desktop and mobile) does not display the Mega Menu like in the demo.
Right now, I only see a simple dropdown — the mega menu structure, images, and layout are missing. Do I need to rebuild every item manually, or is there a way to restore the demo’s Mega Menu setup (Categories Menu + Static Blocks) without starting from scratch?
Please advise me on the correct way to fix this.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Thank you for reaching out. The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.
Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.
If the issue still remains, share the WP login details and let me know so I can further check on your site and import the demo on your site.
Best Regards,

yousef.szParticipantThank you again for your support. I increased the PHP Max Input Vars (currently set to 1000) and also created an admin WordPress login for you to check directly.
You are welcome to delete or start a fresh installation if needed, or remove any products/content that were added before the theme demo install, so you can complete the setup properly.
Best

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You have installed the many plugins on this site and already have the content. So you need to deactivate the plugin not related to the theme and remove the already content and import the demo on your site on a fresh installation.
Check this Manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/

yousef.szParticipantHello,
Thank you for your guidance. I’m going to install a fresh new WordPress on my domain and then reinstall the theme as suggested. After that, I will import the demo content again to make sure everything is clean.
Best regards,
