Sorry to say but there isn’t a separate option available related to the Slider or Banner Images loading time adjustment.

Although, under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Performance > CSS > you can set the Styles always load for Slider element: https://snipboard.io/X5HNto.jpg

And also under the Theme Settings > Performance > JS > you can also find the Advanced script controls option which you can enable > and then under that you can set some Libraries as Always Load too along with Scripts too if you want: https://snipboard.io/tqzmKN.jpg
