MegaMenu Importing Catagories Possible?

I’m hand creating several megamenus. I was wondering if it is possible to “Import” woocommerce product categories into the menu creation or if someone has figured this out?

I would like to create the menu items as my product categories, but for now, I have to assemble each one by hand with each link coded by hand, too.

Is this possible? I have over a hundred categories to build and some may change from time to time.

Megamenu is created by an HTML block where links are inserted manually. Unfortunately, there is no option to import and fill automatically.
