Megha Menu not showing in the shop page sidebar

Megha Menu not showing in the shop page sidebar, Could you please advise me what to do?
Also Category icons not showing there. screenshot attached and link provided

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

1. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > remove the Product category widget from the Shop page widget area.

2. Create the HTML block with Mega menu element and choose your Category menu used here http://prntscr.com/n0hl84

3. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > and add HTML block widget into the Shop page widget area http://prntscr.com/n0hmjc chose your created HTML clock from the drop-down

No, I dont want to show HTML Block
I want to show Category with HTML Block as above, I need same menu on shop sidebar

Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Title and Sidebar and disable showing categories in the page title.
