Members carousel for landingpage

Hello, I making a landingspage for a customer.
But they have more then 25 members, too much for a landing page.
But I want them in a carrousel so you see the first 6 members is this possible?
If not what sollution can you give me ?

With the Team Member element available under the Theme, you can’t have a Carousel effect because it doesn’t have that option right now.

But you can try using the Banners Carousel element of the Theme: https://snipboard.io/Qik8ug.jpg
In this element, you can have a Carousel effect with Text, Image and a Button to add as Content for it.

This element is available in both Elementor and WPBakery page builders.

I will try, also question about the timeline, for landing page it is too long. Any Idea to make this shorter?
Is it possible to have a button with load more?

Sorry to say but unfortunately there aren’t any options available right now for the Timeline element to make it shorter or have a button in terms of Load More. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

The only alternative that could be possible under this Element is that you have lesser Timeline elements added in it i.e. Timeline elements should be added more in a compact way like it is shown in the exemplary functionality of this element on the following Documentation preview link: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/timeline/

But it is just a suggestion, if it is suitable to you.

Please try using the below Custom CSS code and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

.whb-color-light:not(.whb-with-bg) { background-color: darkblue; }

In this CSS, in place of darkblue you can write our choice of color name or color hex code.

It seems to be a Product Category section added on your Homepage.

And as far as we have confirmed from the Test Site, it has the option of Hiding the empty Categories as well as defining specific Categories: https://snipboard.io/yKzcTv.jpg

So, please try editing your Homepage with page builder plugin like Elementor or WPBakery whichever you have enabled on your Site > and in that edit the Category and select the required options.

If there is something else in this regard which we are missing then kindly please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

I move the site to the domain where it belongs. The this is almost done.
But few issues I can’t fix..
Maybe you can help.

1. In the homepage by blog I can’t translate the word “Continue Reading” to Dutch… I want to translate it to dutch. But it doesnt work. Also words as Newer & Older post is not translate it. https://ibb.co/9pr4dXH and https://ibb.co/4WRW9MJ

2. Where can I change the name of the author of the blog? Or can I remove it also? I can’t see it in the dashboard.

1- Your issue has been solved. Now the translation is working fine.

2- To change the Author of the Blog Post, you can go to Dashboard > Posts > there edit the Blog Post: https://snipboard.io/p3rCbQ.jpg

Regarding hiding the Author for the Blog, if you are referring to hiding from the Single Blog Posts, then you can navigate to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Blog > Single Post > there you can disable the Author bio toggle option: https://snipboard.io/JslaCX.jpg

To hide the Blog Author for the Blog Archive page, you need to try out the following Custom CSS on your Site:

.entry-meta-list .meta-author {
   display: none !important;
}

Location to paste Custom CSS, go to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section >> paste the CSS.

3- The Timeline seems to be appearing fine on your Site as we are seeing: https://snipboard.io/EwRSFl.jpg

Further, a Theme update has been released yesterday having version 7.1.0: https://xtemos.com/woodmart-7-1-update/

So, please take a complete Backup of your current Site first and then try updating the Theme to the latest version and then check back the mentioned concern again.

When I updated the new theme. The Osteo Timeline doesnt work, the slider is not visible then.
So I did the backup back, but still have the translated issue now. Can you please fix this to dutch?

And how can i solve the Osteo Timeline when i update the woodmart theme?

2- As Osteo Timeline for WPbakery is a third party Plugin that you are using on your Site, so we can’t say much about the issue with that without actually seeing it, right now as you have reverted back the Theme Update. So, if possible could you please provide a Staging Site where we can further check this concern thoroughly and assist you accordingly?

Also, please once try to consult with the Plugin Support in this regard too to get an idea if the issue is solely at the Theme level or not.

Pass and login are the same.

Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.
