Enable this to use one page navigation menu. If enabled you need to set the link for this item to be like this: https://your_site.com/home_page/#anchor_id where anchor_id will be the ID of the ROW on your home page.

You can use your custom row id in any of your page rows while editing your page with Wp-Bakery page builder.

Then go to Appearance >> Menus >> Add a custom link and assign that id in it’s url as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/uwAqw4R
