Menu aside doesn’t work properly

Hello and have a good day!
I’m facing an issue on trying to create my shop menu.
In the firts two categories (πρόσωπο, σώμα) the menu appearance is different than in the next categories in the dripdown option. I’ve attached some screenshots to show you exactly what the problem is.
Could you plaese check why this conflict is happening?

Set the drop down settings design aside for all menu (Vitamins-supplement,Mom child, and Pharmacy. And check the issue.

You have set the style aside for the face and body menu. Try to set aside style for other menus.

I think you didn’t get my point…..we set aside style for other menus too, but when we push the save button, the option “returns” to default. Would you like to take a look inside the panel and see it for yourself?

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution. Also try to switch to the parent theme.

I don’t think this is the case because this conflict happened before we add any 3rd party plugin and when using only the theme plugins…
Could you think what else could be the problem?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

Edit the .htaccess file in the home directory of your WordPress installation.
Add the following line:

php_value max_input_vars 5000

Editing the Php.ini file is the same thing as with the .htaccess. You need to locate your PHP.ini file on your server via FTP and add the following lines of code:

suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000
suhosin.request.max_vars = 5000

or this:
max_input_vars = 5000

Hello once again, the issue is solved!
The aside menu option is set to the whole menu after the php set up you proposed. 🙂
So no worries, we returned the staging shop to its previous form and appearance.
