Menu Black at the top is flying

Hi, The Black Menu at the top is flying on my website https://meritocracy.club/ as you can see and I also attach to this email. How can I fix this, because I don’t want the bar has a transparent space on the menu, I want this is stick to the top when I go down with the mouse, that is ok, but I don’t want this transparent space between the top and the menu, because looks like a mistake and NOT professional. You have such a problem only when you logged in as an administrator, such occurs as we removed the admin panel, I told you such may cause the problem.

Unfortunately, I cannot give one CSS for logged-in users and another for logged-out. It cannot be changed.
