menu category-html block

Good evening,
we need urgent help!
In the product categories section in the left menu, the category links do not work! the page appears with the words: “Big things on the horizon. Something big is coming! Our store is under construction and will open soon!” (I attach a photo)
Why??
The menu was created in the HTML BLOCK section (we attach a photo) – extra menu list and in the appropriate sections we have inserted the category link but from the frontend if you are not logged in with the site credentials a page appears with the sentence reported above.
Can you help us, the customer must see the site in these days!!!

Try to disable the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility > Select the live option, and re-check the issue. Please refer to this screenshot: https://ibb.co/xK4WvNDJ
