Menu configuration on home

Hi,
I have changed the background colour on top nav to red. This has now caused a problem on Main menu I set up (attached). There are few issues I’d like to solve:
1. Now when I hover, the color disappears so the text is not visible. I would like to change default text color and hover color on button and the text.
2. When scroll down, the menu disappears! I would like the MainMenu to stick (it only appears when I scroll up a bit)
3. Is it possible to make all menu items appear in one row (rather than 2 which is what is now? screenshot attached)

1,2. Send me access to the admin panel so I can check the site settings.
3. You can make the font size lower or reduce the menu items then it will be in 1 row. Also, you can lower the width of the logo.
