Menu Disappears and only come again after clearing cache

Hi,

My problem is that my website doesn’t display the menu as shown in this image in the Private content after a few hours. However, when I clear the cache, it appears correctly again.

How can I find a proper solution for this issue, or what might be causing the problem?
