the categories need hover to view the list,
before not scrolling , the categories list is displayed.

Your questions is not clear enough.

if you want categories to be always open, enable this option in the page settings https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

If you want to show the categories on the sticky header, make the row sticky in the Header builder and disable clone https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/global-header-settings/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

If it is not what you want, please provide more details.
