menu edit now saving after changes.

I am trying to adjust the layout for one of the top left menu items. I have changed the Design to set size and gave it Dropdown Width & Dropdown Height and selected one of the html5 blocks and then save but nothing changes everything goes back. but if i change anything else on that menu page works just fine.
