swamlabromaParticipantHi, I have the following issue, the hamburger menu doesn’t open, as it should be. On lick there is only # that gets added to url, and nothing else happens. Tried to investigate to understand the problem, updated all plugins, the theme is freshly installed. No errors in console. Any help to clarify the issue would be appreciated. Thanks

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.8 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue in mobile: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

swamlabromaParticipant– Updated theme
– Updated all plugin
– Leaved only plugins that required by theme;
– cleaned cache
The problem still persists, tried also in incognito mode.There is no way to test this kind of menu on mobile, because in Header builder of Woodmart -> Header mobile I can’t add this element, see the screenshot attached. It is a element called Main Menu, with a Full screen option on (see screenshot). This element is available only for Desktop Header.

The issue is caused by your current header configuration, which is why it was not working correctly. I have now created a new header on your site using the Full Screen Menu, and it is working properly.
Please review your site and go to WoodMart > Header Builder, then select the second header and set it as active. You can also review the new header settings and customize them further using your existing content.

swamlabromaParticipantThank you, I can see that now link menu is working as supposed to work. Can you please indicate what exactly caused this issue, what kind of configuration? We often work with Woodmart theme so this information would be useful to not face this issue again.
January 16, 2026 at 10:54 am #704670Hello,
The issue is caused by having two main menus assigned in the Header Builder. When a second main menu is added, it can conflict with the mobile/hamburger menu functionality, causing it not to open properly.
If you need additional menus, you should use the Secondary Menu element in the Header Builder and select the other menu there. This setup avoids conflicts and ensures the hamburger menu works correctly.
Best Regards,
