Menu Hover and sticky product is gone when in vistor mode

hi, here is the weird thing. I set a hover at the menu, and use a sticky product layout. They all work well when I am in admin mode.
However, when I was logged out as a visitor, there is no hover at the “cookware” menu, and no sticky product at the single product page.

I have no idea how to fix it. Your help will be much appreciated

Looks like a cache issue, try to clear the site/server cache and recheck the issue.
