Hello,

Your issue has been solved. You have not updated the theme plugins on the site, I have updated the plugins and then added items to the HTML Block, and it’s working.

Sorry but it is not possible to add subcategories in the extra menu list items as you mentioned.

Sorry but the HTML Blocks as dropdowns only work for Desktop version and could not be added on mobile version.
