Menu in Phone does not oben

The mobile menu cannot be opened when the website is called up on the mobile phone or only sporadically.

Likewise the side bar on which the filters are placed when you open the shop page.

but that’s weird. When I call up the website with my iPhone or another smartphone, the mobile menu only works if I have been to the shopping cart page beforehand. Then it works again! But when I switch to the shop page again, for example, it doesn’t work again and, if necessary, the mobile sidebar on which the filters are located also doesn’t work.

I’ve tried different browsers! same problem everywhere. maybe I have set something wrong but I suspect that something is blocking the loading of the mobile menu and the sidebar.

Unfortunately, I cannot find my fault!

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.
