On the iPad in horizonal mode the menu links (in vertical mode the mobile menu appears, which works fine) that have subpages don’t work. Works fine on a computer. The specific links are About Us and Technology. Please advise.

    Hello,

Such may happen when you have a mega menu block in the drop-down menu. Megamenu blocks are not supported by the mobile menu. If you have mega menu blocks, you need to create a menu clone without mega menu blocks and assign it as a mobile menu.

No mega menu being used. Mobile menu works just fine. Issue is only on tablets in horizontal position which does not serve up the mobile menu, but the standard display menu.

    Hello,

I have checked on Ipad both vertical and horizontal and pages work https://gyazo.com/680f079ffc517d759a686e69a6e30e82

Please check again and clarify the problem if any.

    Best Regards

Please see attached. I’m unable to record a screen video to show the issue…on ipad you can’t get to Technology or About pages. I tried creating custom links, rather than using page links, to see if that would fix the issue, but no luck. As a workaround, can I have code to set the mobile menu to display on screens 1280 and smaller.

    Hello,

Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem. If you see the same problem on the other theme try to replace custom links for pages https://prnt.sc/pkrnnp

    Best Regards
