Menu load html dropdown with ajax

Hello,
I see on instructions if i want to optimize the DOM elements loading i have to set on all menus LOAD HTML dropdown with AJAX.
But i can’t enable on all, some category menu have, some not.
Can you take a look on attached pics?

That option is available only for menu items with the “design” that have the ability to define the HTML Block (e.g with design “Set size”, “Full-width”).

I installed, wp-rocket today and it really rocks but i have a question, the images are loading on mouse detection or on mobile tap.
How i can disable this ?
