[email protected]ParticipantHi, I am having problems with my site. The main menu doesn’t show, but when I caché the page it shows again.
I’ve disactivated the plugins and activated one by one to know the problem but it’s still happening.
I need to resolve this issue.
Thanks

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Can I disable all plugins that are not related to the theme on your website? So it will help me to dig deeper and find some solution.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
After disabling all plugins, the header appears well. I didn’t include the plugins back so you could see the result.

In the meantime, feel free to ask me any questions you may have.

[email protected]ParticipantI need to resolve this issue right away beacuse it’s been weeks and the menu is still not working. I’ve tried disableing all the pugins and it’s still not working.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Most likely in your case, the issue comes from the enabled “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” option that is situated in Theme Settings -> Performance.

So you should disable it and check the issue again.

[email protected]ParticipantOkey at the moment it seems to work. Why would this be affecting the menu on the desktop?
Thanks, just want to understand the reason.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
When the cache is enabled then the cached header from the mobile is displayed and this option hides the desktop’s header.
Let me know if you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer them.
Kind Regards
