Menu Not Working

The menu builder module is not responsive to the changes I make. I activated it, deactivated it, reactivated it. I have deleted all the menus and readded a new ones. I have changed the logos, background colors etc. Nothing is changing.

Please help asap! Urgent need.

I deactivated all plugins accept the ones that come with this theme, and the menu builder still does not work.
