Menu on a mobile doesn’t work

I can’t use the menu while using the website on a Mobile.
I can’t make any choices.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

We highly recommend you update the theme on a staging environment. You have a very old version and some configurations may be lost after the update. You will need to make some adjustments manually. For example header configuration.
Also, create a backup before the update.

A few months ago I also updated a website with a very old version of WoodMart. So have some experience with it. 🙂

Was busy this morning gathering information I needed for the update. When clicking Customize (for the categories menu) I got a critica error.

I’m postponing the update to the first week of January.
This is because many orders are currently coming in via the website.

Is there a maintenance page which I can use?
A page without the standard menu visible?

Sure, let me know when you are ready. You can enable maintenance mode in Theme Settings -> Maintenance.

The menu problem is solved after a Major update.
It works fine on a desktop and Mobile.
