    Product Catagory organized
    but Appearance> Menu not organized
    please fix This Problem

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue?

    Hello,

    Click on the “Add New” button.
    Search for the theme (Storefront) in the WordPress theme directory. Click “Install” and then “Activate” once installation is complete.

    Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with the default WordPress theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not.
