Menu problem in responsive with different headers

Hello, in me I have two sections created:

Section 1: Institutional site: http://www.lospinos-sa.com
Section 2: Store http://www.lospinos-sa.com / store

For section 1 I have created a custom header with Header Builder, which is called Default header layout, and also, it has selected as menu “Institucional Menu”.

Section 2 has as a custom header “Empty header” and has a “Main-tienda” menu.

The problem I have is that when you enter the site from a mobile device and load the pages that have “Empty header” selected, the menu that is displayed is “Menu-institucional”. However, when it is entered from a desktop computer and the pages with header to “Empty header” are loaded, it shows the “Main-tienda” menu.

How can i fix this?

Yes, the mobile menu can be specified globally for all website pages via Appearance -> Menus. You can do this manually with additional PHP code.
