menu shows miltiple times

Please navigate to the Appearance >> Menus >> Edit the menu which you have used in the Header >> You should delete the duplicate menu items from that menu.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
