Vertical lines in the desktop menu are removed in the configuration of the menu element in the Header builder http://prntscr.com/l2xkoa

What vertical lines? There are no vertical only horizontal. The vertical line is a divider showing sub-menu items.

In order to remove horizontal lines add this code:

.site-mobile-menu li a {
    border-bottom: 1px solid transparent;
}
