Menus are not showing on prebuilt websites

Hello,
I just bought Woodmart, and installed a prebuilt website on my wordpress, unfortunately, no menus are shown on the website like they are on the demos.
I tried with different prebuilt websites, it didn’t work.
I tried some solutions that I found on your support website, but nothing worked.

Maybe you can help on this?
Also, after trying many things to fix it, I feel like I made a mess, so I’d like to reset the theme to default before carrying on (removing all the pages, menus, … to start fresh), is it possible?

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

Your Site is currently on Maintenance mode so we are unable to view it.

Secondly, yes you can reset the Pre-built Website imported on your Site by going to the Dashboard > WoodMart > Prebuilt Websites > there click on Remove Content button > in this way the current imported Demo will get completely removed and then you can import the new one according to your choice: https://ibb.co/y5m1fm9

After you have imported the new Prebuilt Website on your Site and you still face the Menu issue then kindly please provide valid WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the below listed format on which you are facing the issue so that we can look after the mentioned issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

I did the reset, and reinstalled a prebuilt website, but I still have no menu, please find attached the credentials, maybe you’ll see what is the issue

It looks like it’s the whole main header that is not showing, I’m currently looking into that, it looks like I have to disable the elementor one

I found the issue, I needed to remove a test header I made in templates > theme builder
